What the contract says

If you want something extra along the way, you get a change request with its own price. We only start on it once you approve it.
The Zoho account is in your company’s name.
The data and the account are yours. At handover you receive the “System handover pack”: the documentation, the Deluge code, the diagrams and admin access.
We commit to the deadline in the contract.
If we are late through our own fault, the compensation is set out there too.
