Move to Zoho without losing your customer history.
We move your data from the system you use today into Zoho: customers, deals, tasks and history from Bitrix24, amoCRM, Excel or another CRM, and your email from Gmail, Microsoft 365 or your old server. Automations and reports don't copy across; we rebuild them in Zoho. Before the final move, you check the data yourself.

Which systems we move from
CRM and spreadsheets
- Bitrix24
Contacts, companies, deals with their stage, tasks, comments and attached files. Custom fields (IDNO, for example) are mapped to Zoho fields.
- amoCRM
Contacts, companies, deals from every pipeline, notes and tasks.
- Excel and Google Sheets
We clean the spreadsheet before import: merge duplicates and put phone numbers into one format.
- Other CRMs
Any system that lets you export your data. We'll tell you at the consultation what can be got out of it.
- Gmail and Google Workspace
Messages, with labels turned into folders.
- Microsoft 365 and Exchange
Messages and folders.
- Your own server (IMAP)
Messages and folders, from any server that supports IMAP.
What moves across and what gets rebuilt
Not everything can be copied from one system to another. We tell you up front what moves and what we build again.

We take the data out of the old system, with your access.

Questions about migration
How much does migration cost?
It's part of the project proposal. The price depends on how much data there is, how many systems it comes from and how clean it is. You get it after the consultation and analysis, as a fixed price, before we start.
Can we keep working in the old system while you move the data?
Yes, until the final move. At that point we agree together the day everyone switches to Zoho, so no new data gets left behind.
What happens to our data in Bitrix24 after the move?
It stays there for as long as you pay for Bitrix24. We recommend keeping a full export yourself, as an archive.
Our data is in Russian. Will it stay that way?
Yes. Data moves exactly as it is, in any language. We only translate the names of stages and fields, if you want us to.
Do you move email too, or just the CRM?
Email too. We move it as a separate job or as part of the same project.
