Custom software for processes that don't fit an off‑the‑shelf system
Team Tasking builds custom ERP and CRM systems for companies in Moldova. If you already use Zoho, we build only the modules that are missing and connect them to it. If you don't, we decide together: Zoho with custom modules, or a standalone system linked to your online shop, accounting software, telephony and payments.
We start from how your team works today, then choose the approach.

What we build
Custom ERP
Orders, production, stock, purchasing and invoices in one system, built around the way goods actually move through your business. For manufacturers, distributors and service companies with their own way of doing things.
Custom CRM
Customers, sales, bookings and communication, run by your company's rules. For when an off-the-shelf CRM leaves your team working around it.
Integrations
WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook and Instagram, telephony, Shopify, maib payments, e-Factura, e-signature, SMS and moving data over from your old system. We build them on Zoho and on the systems we develop.
Systems we've built
Next to each system you can see whether it is already live or still in progress. We describe the sector and what each one covers. We don't publish client names or technical details.

| Sector | What it covers | Integrations | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Equipment manufacturing | ERP: component catalogue, bills of materials, orders, purchasing, stock across several warehouses, serial numbers, quality control, warranties | online shop, accounting software | in progress |
| Law firms | Online subscription platform (SaaS): new enquiries and clients, case files, deadlines and calendar, documents, time recording and billing, client portal | card payments via maib, e-Factura, e-signature (MSign), WhatsApp, SMS | live |
How we work on software
We don't write a line of code until it's clear, on paper, what the system does. You sign off the specification, the quote and every delivered stage before we move on.
- 1 / 6
Consultation
You show us how your team works today and where the process breaks down. We tell you whether Zoho is enough or something needs to be built.
- 2 / 6
Specification
On larger projects, we first describe the screens, roles, rules and links to other systems together.
- 3 / 6
Quote
A fixed price, the stages and what is out of scope, agreed before we start.
- 4 / 6
Delivery in stages
You get the system in parts: the part you need most first, then the rest.
- 5 / 6
Testing with your team
Your people work in the system on real cases before launch. Whatever doesn't work, we fix first.
- 6 / 6
Support
We provide support after launch. What it looks like is set out in the contract.
Who owns the code and where the system runs
This is decided at the start of the project, not afterwards. There are two options, and the one that fits goes into the contract.
You get the source code
At handover you get the source code and administrator access; the documentation we hand over is set out in the contract. The system is yours: host it wherever you like and keep developing it.
Right of use, with hosting included
We keep the code, and your company uses the system under the contract. Hosting is included and we look after the server.
We agree which option on each project. We provide support after launch; what it looks like (how many hours, which channel and how quickly we reply) is also set out in the contract.
Questions about custom software
How much does a custom system cost?
It depends on how many processes it covers and what it connects to, so there's no price list. After the consultation you get a quote with a fixed price. On larger projects, we first write the specification together. If you want something extra along the way, you see the price of the change before we work on it.
How long does it take?
The deadline is in the quote and we commit to it in the contract. We deliver in stages, so you use the first part of the system before the whole thing is finished.
When is Zoho a better choice than a custom system?
When your process looks like most companies': sales, quotes, invoices, email, support. Then Zoho is usually cheaper and you're up and running sooner. We build software when you have rules Zoho can't handle without workarounds, such as production with bills of materials, or bookings by specialist, room and equipment. Often the answer is somewhere in between: Zoho for sales, custom modules for the rest.
What happens to the data we have now?
We move it over from Excel, your old CRM or wherever you keep it today. What gets moved, and in what form, goes into the specification, and you check a sample before launch.
What languages is the interface in?
Whichever languages your team needs; we set them in the specification.
Does it work on a phone?
Our systems are web applications and run in the browser, phones included. If you need a separate mobile app, we discuss it at the specification stage.
Where is the data stored?
That depends on the option in the contract: on a server of your choice if you get the source code, or on servers we look after if you choose the right of use with hosting included.
