Sales, invoices, email and support in one Zoho account, configured around your company’s processes.

We set up Zoho CRM, Zoho One and Zoho Mail starting from how your team works today: who picks up the enquiry, where a client gets lost, which report the director is waiting for. We work with companies in Moldova, and in Romania and other EU countries. You can also buy Zoho subscriptions on their own, straight from the site.

What do you want to fix?
Pick the problem. We'll show you which Zoho apps deal with it and what we set up.
Customers live in Excel and on the salesperson's phone. When that person leaves, the history leaves with them.
Apps
Zoho CRM
SalesIQ (website chat)
Bookings (online appointments)
What we set up
Your sales stages, who picks up each enquiry and what happens automatically after each stage.
Quotes are written in Word, invoices are retyped by hand, and you only find out who hasn't paid from the bank statement.
Apps
Zoho CRM (quotes)- the finance apps in Zoho One
What we set up
A quote approved in the CRM moves on without being retyped, and you can see what's paid and what's overdue.
Half the team emails from personal addresses. When someone leaves, the customer correspondence goes with them.
Apps
Zoho Mail
Zoho Workplace (Calendar, WorkDrive, Cliq)
What we set up
The domain and DNS, a mailbox for each person and shared addresses (sales@, accounts@). We move the old messages across ourselves.
Requests come in by email, by phone and through messaging apps, and nobody knows which ones have been dealt with.
Apps
Zoho Desk
Zoho CRM
What we set up
Every request becomes a ticket with an owner and a deadline, and the ticket shows on the customer's record in the CRM.
Every department has its own app, its own password and its own spreadsheet. Nothing connects, and the report for the managing director is put together by hand.
Apps
Zoho One
What we set up
Which apps you switch on and in what order, the accounts and roles, and the links between apps.
The Zoho apps we set up
Zoho has dozens of apps. These are the ones we work with, grouped by the department that uses them. All of them are in Zoho One; most can also be bought on their own.

What Zoho looks like in a few types of business
The same Zoho looks different in a clinic and in a warehouse. Below are five typical Moldovan scenarios: how things are today, what we set up, what you see afterwards.

Clinics and medical centres
- Today
- Appointments sit in the reception diary. Nobody calls back the people who rang and couldn't get through, and the patient record is in a different program.
- We set up
- Zoho CRM with appointments, calls linked to the patient record, reminders before each visit, reports by doctor and by branch.
- Afterwards
- Reception can see who called and didn't get booked in. The manager sees how busy each branch is without asking for a spreadsheet.
Law firms and legal services
- Today
- Court dates sit in each lawyer's personal calendar. Contracts are drafted by copying an old Word file.
- We set up
- Case files with deadlines and an owner, contracts generated in Zoho Writer from the client's details and sent for signature from the same record.
- Afterwards
- No deadline depends on one person's memory. For every client you can see which contracts they have and which are signed.
Manufacturing
- Today
- Orders arrive by email, the shop floor hears about them on Viber, and the warehouse only sees them in Excel.
- We set up
- An order in the CRM moves to production with a status everyone can see, then on to delivery. Where Zoho doesn't reach, we build custom modules.
- Afterwards
- The salesperson can tell the customer where the order is without ringing the shop floor.

Distribution and trade
- Today
- Prices live in three different spreadsheets. Quotes are built in Excel and stock is checked by phone.
- We set up
- A product catalogue with prices in the CRM, quotes generated from the catalogue, stock in Zoho Inventory and a link to your online shop if you run one on Shopify.
- Afterwards
- Quotes go out with the right price, and the salesperson can see stock before promising a delivery date.
Appointment‑based services: salons, spas, courses
- Today
- Bookings come in through Instagram Direct, WhatsApp and the phone, and the diary is on paper. Clients forget their appointments.
- We set up
- Online booking in Zoho Bookings, Instagram and WhatsApp messages in the CRM, automatic reminders before each visit.
- Afterwards
- You see the whole team's diary in one place and know which clients haven't been back.

Questions about Zoho
Zoho CRM or Zoho One: which do I need?
If the problem is only in sales, start with Zoho CRM. Zoho One makes sense when you also want email, invoicing, support or HR in the same system. Past a certain point, Zoho One costs less than three or four apps bought separately. We work it out together at the consultation, using your actual headcount.
Is the Zoho account in my company's name?
Yes. The account is opened for your company, and you are the main administrator. At handover you get the Handover pack: documentation, Deluge code, diagrams and administrator access. If we stop working together, all of it stays with you.
Where is the data stored?
Zoho has data centres in the European Union. We open your company's account in the EU region. Zoho doesn't sell customer data and doesn't show ads in its apps.
How is the Zoho subscription paid for?
Through us. The price is Zoho's official price, converted to MDL at the MICB rate on the invoice date, plus VAT. You pay by card, monthly or annually, and renewal is taken automatically from the saved card.
What happens to our data in Bitrix24 or amoCRM?
We move it into Zoho: contacts, companies, deals, tasks and history. Automations and reports don't copy across; we rebuild them in Zoho. Before the final move, you check a sample of customers yourself.
Do you work in Russian?
Yes. We run the consultation, the training and the documentation in Romanian, Russian or English, whichever your team works in.
How much does implementation cost?
Every project gets its own fixed-price proposal. You receive it after the consultation and analysis, once we know what needs setting up. Zoho subscriptions are paid separately, at the prices on the subscriptions page.
Can I buy just the subscription, without implementation?
Yes. On the subscriptions page you choose the plan and the number of users. Zoho Mail is activated online after payment. For the other plans we contact you the same working day to activate the account.
Which process do we start with?
After the consultation and analysis, you get a fixed-price proposal.
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. We reply the same working day.
