Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the website, request a quote, buy from us or work with us, why we use it, how long we keep it and who we share it with. We process data under Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, in force since 23 August 2026, which replaced Law No. 133/2011, and, for people in the European Union, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
1.1.The data controller is Societatea cu Răspundere Limitată „Team Tasking”, IDNO 1025600000415, 46 Tineretului St, Chișinău MD-2091, Republic of Moldova.

2. What data we process, why and on what basis
We process only the data we need for each purpose below.

2.1.When you fill in “Company name or IDNO” at checkout, we look the company up in the public state register and fill in its name and registered address automatically. We use only the public data of the legal entity.
2.2.We do not ask for sensitive data (about health, beliefs, ethnic origin and so on). Please do not include it in your messages.
2.3.If you do not give us the data needed for the order or the invoice, we cannot enter into or perform the contract. You can leave fields marked “optional” blank.
3. Where we get data from
3.1.You give us most of the data yourself: in forms, when ordering, in your account, by email or by phone.
3.2.Other sources: maib (the payment result), the public register of legal entities (company details for autofill), and a colleague who named you as the contact person on a company order or as a user of a Zoho subscription. In that last case, the company that placed the order is responsible for informing you.
4. How long we keep data

5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with those we need in order to serve you, or those the law requires us to share it with:

5.1.Providers that process data on our behalf (Zoho, Amazon Web Services, the booking provider) do so under a contract that requires them to keep the data confidential and secure and to use it only on our instructions. maib and the State Tax Service also process data in their own right, under their own rules.
6. Transfers outside the Republic of Moldova
6.1.The website runs on Amazon Web Services servers in the European Union (Stockholm region, Sweden).
6.2.Our Zoho systems store data in Zoho's data centres in the European Union.
6.3.If data goes to a country that does not ensure an adequate level of protection (for example, to the United States through Google Analytics), the transfer takes place only with the safeguards provided by law, such as standard contractual clauses or a recognised adequacy framework. On request, we will tell you which safeguard applies to each transfer.
7. How we protect data
7.1.We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole website, give access to data only to the people who need it for their work, and use individual passwords and two-step verification on internal systems.
7.2.Your card details do not pass through our servers: you enter them on the maib page, protected by 3-D Secure.
7.3.If a personal data breach occurs that may affect people's rights, we notify the National Centre for Personal Data Protection within 72 hours of becoming aware of it. If the risk to you is high, we also tell you without undue delay.
8. Your rights
You have the right:
- of access: to find out whether we process data about you and to receive a copy;
- to rectification: to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- to erasure: to have data deleted if we no longer have grounds to keep it; data the law requires us to keep (invoices, for example) cannot be deleted before the retention period ends;
- to restriction: to have processing paused temporarily, for example while we check a request for rectification;
- to data portability: to receive the data you gave us in a structured, commonly used format, or have us send it to another controller, where processing is based on contract or consent and is carried out by automated means;
- to object: to object to processing based on our legitimate interest; we stop unless we have overriding legitimate grounds or need the data to defend a legal claim;
- to withdraw consent at any time, for processing based on consent; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it;
- not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that has legal effects for you (see clause 11);
- to lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md). If you live in the European Union, you may also contact the data protection authority in your country, for example, in Romania, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
9. How to exercise your rights
9.1.Email contact@teamtasking.md with the subject “Personal data”, or send a written request to our registered address. Tell us which right you wish to exercise.
9.2.If we cannot confirm from your request that you are the person concerned, we will ask for more information. We will not ask for more than we need to verify your identity.
9.3.We reply within one month of receiving your request. For complex requests, this may be extended by up to two further months; if so, we tell you within the first month and explain why.
9.4.Exercising your rights is free of charge. For requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular repetitive ones, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse the request, explaining why.
10. Data we process on behalf of clients
10.1.When we implement Zoho, migrate data between systems or build custom software, we work with the data our client company holds about its customers, employees or partners. For that data, the client company is the controller and we are the processor.
10.2.We process such data only for the project, only on the client's instructions and under a data processing agreement signed together with the contract. If your data is held in one of our clients' systems, please contact that company first.
11. Automated decisions and marketing
11.1.We do not make decisions that have legal effects for you based solely on automated processing. Automated fraud checks on payments are carried out by maib; if a payment is declined, contact us and we will look into it together.
11.2.We do not send you marketing messages without your separate consent. Messages about orders, invoices, renewals and account security are not marketing; we send them as part of performing the contract.
11.3.If you have agreed to receive marketing messages, you can unsubscribe at any time, using the link in every message or by writing to us.
12. Children
The website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18. If you learn that a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our processing or the law changes. The date of the latest update appears below the title. If a change affects your rights and you have an account or an active subscription, we will tell you by email.
