We implement Zoho starting from how your team works today.
We don't configure anything until we understand the process. First, at the consultation, you tell us what you want to sort out. Then we draw up the Process map and you approve it. Only then do you get a fixed-price proposal and we start work. At the end, the account and the documentation stay with your company.

What happens at each step
At every step you know what we're doing, what you get and what you sign off. The next step starts once you've approved it.

Consultation
- What we do
- The consultation is free: online, by phone or at your office. We talk through one concrete process: how a customer gets today from their first message to payment. You tell us what you use now and where time gets lost.
- What you get
- A straight opinion on what's worth putting into Zoho, what isn't, and where it makes sense to start.
- What you sign off
- Whether we go ahead with the analysis.

Analysis and the Process map
- What we do
- We talk to the people who do the work every day and look at the files they use: spreadsheets, quotes, reports.
- What you get
- The Process map, on one page: the stages, who is responsible for each, the rules, and what moves across from Excel or the old system.
- What you sign off
- The map. Nothing gets configured until you approve it.

What you get at handover
The Handover pack is everything anyone, us or another partner, needs to understand what has been set up and why. You don't depend on anyone to run your own system.
- Documentation.
What we configured, why, and how to change it: stages, fields, rules, roles.
- Deluge code.
Every automation we wrote, with comments.
- Diagrams.
The processes, drawn as they were approved in the Process map.
- Administrator access.
In your company's name, not ours.
- Role-based instructions.
The ones from the training, so you can hand them to new starters.

What the contract says
The clauses below go into every implementation contract.
- 1
1. The price in the proposal is fixed.
If you want something extra along the way, you get a change request with its own price. We only start on it once you approve it.
- 2
2. The analysis is deducted from the project.
If you sign for the implementation after the analysis, its cost comes off the project price.
- 3
3. The Zoho account is in your company's name.
The data and the account belong to you. At handover you get the Handover pack: documentation, Deluge code, diagrams and administrator access.
- 4
4. We commit to the deadline in the contract.
If we are late through our own fault, the compensation is written into the contract.
- 5
5. Extra training at no cost.
If your team isn't using the system after launch, we run another round of training and you don't pay for it.
- 6
6. For custom software, ownership of the code is agreed in the contract.
You get either the source code or a licence to use it with hosting included. We choose the option project by project.
When we're not the right fit
We'll tell you in the first conversation, so neither of us wastes time.
- You only want the subscription, without changing anything in your process. Buy it directly from the subscriptions page; you don't need an implementation for that.Zoho subscriptions
- You want a free CRM for two people. Zoho CRM's free edition or a well-built spreadsheet will do.
- You want the system ready, but your team has no time for analysis and testing. Without a few hours from the people who'll use it, any CRM ends up gathering dust. Better to wait until your team has the time.
- Your process won't fit into a standard system. Then we don't force Zoho on you: we propose custom modules or a separate system.Custom software
How much it costs
Every project gets its own fixed-price proposal. You receive it after the consultation and analysis, once we know what needs configuring, how much data is moving and which channels we're connecting. Zoho subscriptions are paid separately, at the official price.
Support after launch
We keep working with your team after launch. The shape of that support is set in the contract: how many hours, which channel and how quickly we reply.
Questions about implementation
Where do we start?
With a consultation on a single process, usually sales. You tell us how it runs today and where time gets lost. Afterwards we tell you whether, and how, it would work in Zoho.
Who from my company needs to take part?
The person who makes the decision, plus one person from each role that will work in the system: a salesperson, the accountant, whoever handles support. They know how the work really gets done.
Can we implement part of it now and the rest later?
Yes, and it's often the better way. We start with the process that hurts most, the team gets used to it, then we move on to the next.
Do you also work with companies in Romania or elsewhere in the EU?
Yes. We have clients in Moldova, and in Romania and other EU countries. We can hold the consultation and training online.
What if we want something extra after signing?
You get a change request with its own price. We only work on it once you approve it, and the original price doesn't change.
What happens if we stop working together?
The Zoho account is in your company's name, and you hold the Handover pack. Anyone can take it over.
Which process do we start with?
After the consultation and analysis, you get a fixed-price proposal.
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. We reply the same working day.
