How billing works
The base price is Zoho's official price. We convert it into MDL at the MICB rate on the invoice date and add 20% VAT. You pay by card through maib, monthly or annually; renewal is taken automatically from the saved card, and you can cancel from your account.
5 users × 350 MDL = 1,750 MDL a year
For Zoho CRM and Zoho One plans the calculation is the same: users × monthly price × 12.

With Zoho Mail everything happens online. You see each step in your account and copy the DNS records from there.

Questions about subscriptions
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, from your account. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then it doesn't renew.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Move up to a higher plan at any time; the difference shows on your next invoice. To move down a plan, write to us.
How do I add users?
From your account or by sending us a message. New users are invoiced for the period left until renewal.
I already have a domain. Do I need to buy a .md one?
No. You use the domain you already have. A new .md domain only makes sense if you don't have one yet or want a new address.
What happens to my current mailboxes?
We can move the messages from Gmail, Microsoft 365 or your old server into Zoho. Migration isn't included in the subscription price; we quote for it separately, before we start.
Why buy through you rather than directly from Zoho?
You have someone to call when you need it: we add users, change the plan, help with DNS and move your old mail across. If you later want the system set up as well, we do it on the same account.
Need it set up as well?
The subscription is just the account. Setting it up around your company's process is something we agree at the consultation.
