Servers for companies

Before you choose a server, count what will run on it: how many applications, how many virtual machines, how many people connecting at once. That tells you the processor, memory and drives. Processor cores matter twice: for speed and for licensing, because Windows Server is licensed per core, with a minimum of 16 per server. For important data, choose drives in RAID and two power supplies. If you're not sure where to start, tell us what you want to run and we'll propose the configuration together with the licences.
