About Office LTSC Standard 2024
Office LTSC Standard 2024 is a perpetual licence for 1 device: you pay for it once and it never expires. It activates online, and you download the installation kit from the vendor, at the link we send you.
Office LTSC Standard 2024 includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook. It is the edition for everyday office work: documents, spreadsheets, presentations and email. A volume licence for 1 device; it also works on a Remote Desktop server.
How to activate

Questions about Office LTSC Standard 2024
Standard or Professional Plus?
If you only use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Standard is enough. Professional Plus is for Access, usually when the company has its own database built in it.
Office LTSC or Microsoft 365?
You pay for Office LTSC once and it stays on the version you bought. Microsoft 365 is a subscription: you pay monthly or yearly, get the new version automatically, plus email and cloud storage. We sell perpetual Office. If you want email on your company domain and shared files on a subscription, have a look at Zoho Workplace.
When will I get the licence?
Within 5 working days of payment, by email (and in your account, if you have one).
What documents do I get?
A tax invoice, made out to the details entered with the order, and the licence’s proof-of-origin documents. Companies also receive the invoice through e-Factura.
What if activation doesn't work?
Write to us or call us, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, and we'll help you activate the licence. If the licence itself won't activate, we send you another one or refund its price.
Can I return the licence?
Until you receive it, you can cancel the order. Once delivered, the licence can't be returned: at checkout you asked for delivery before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you can no longer withdraw after delivery. If the licence itself won't activate, we replace it or refund its price. The details are in ‘Delivery, payment and returns’.
