About Visio 2010 Standard
Visio 2010 Standard is a perpetual licence for 1 device: you pay for it once and it never expires. It activates online, and you download the installation kit from the vendor, at the link we send you.
Visio 2010 Standard is for working diagrams: process maps, org charts, office floor plans, simple flowcharts. It installs on its own or alongside volume Office (Standard or Professional Plus).

Questions about Visio 2010 Standard
Standard or Professional?
Standard if you plan or draw on your own. Professional if you work with other people on the same projects (Project) or need the technical templates and the link to your data (Visio).
I have Office Home and Business. Will Visio work alongside it?
No. The Project and Visio products in the shop are volume editions and only work alongside volume Office Standard or Professional Plus, or on a computer without Office.
When will I get the licence?
Within 5 working days of payment, by email (and in your account, if you have one).
What documents do I get?
A tax invoice, made out to the details entered with the order, and the licence’s proof-of-origin documents. Companies also receive the invoice through e-Factura.
What if activation doesn't work?
Write to us or call us, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, and we'll help you activate the licence. If the licence itself won't activate, we send you another one or refund its price.
Can I return the licence?
Until you receive it, you can cancel the order. Once delivered, the licence can't be returned: at checkout you asked for delivery before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you can no longer withdraw after delivery. If the licence itself won't activate, we replace it or refund its price. The details are in ‘Delivery, payment and returns’.
